What 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Means to Us
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We will work with you to ensure that your product purchase is a pleasant and satifying experience.
If you purchase an item and find that it just doesn't work out for you, we are unable to accept a return or refund your purchase amount. At our discretion, we may or may not contact the manufacturer and ask them if they accept the return. Because products cannot be resold once they have been assembled or used, return approvals are rare. Please review our policy about products that arrive damaged.
Please be absolutely sure that you want to purchase an item. Read the descriptions carefully.
We have made the sad experience that some customers will never be 100% satisfied, no matter how hard we try. As a very tiny pet store, we simply cannot afford to ship products back and forth until a customer is satisfied, especially when we offer free shipping.
Sadly, we have also made the experience that customers damage an item, then claim that the item arrived damaged. Same for missing parts. Again, if this is you, please don't purchase from us. Our vendors and manufacturers inspect every item prior to shipment. They also inspect every item that is returned as 'damaged'.

Warranty Statement
Manufacturer warranties the RoamEO GPS Pet Location System against defects and malfunctions in materials and workmanship, and against failure to conform to the product's written specifications for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
We make no other express warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever concerning this product.
Any such defect, malfunction, or non-conformity which occurs within one year from the date of your original purchase will either be repaired without charge or replaced with a new product identical or reasonably equivalent to this product, or your purchase refunded, at our option, within a reasonable time after our receipt of the defective product. This repair, or product replacement, or refund is the exclusive remedy available to you against us for any defect, malfunction, or non-conformity concerning our product or for any loss or damage resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
This warranty does not apply in the following circumstances: (1) if said defect is a result of negligence, accident, misuse, or carelessness; (2) if the product has been connected, installed, combined, altered, adjusted or handled in any manner other than according to the instructions furnished with this product; or (3) if the product has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than us.
Please note: You must retain your sales receipt proving your date of original purchase. Since this is an online store purchase, please keep track of your credit card statement (or PayPal statement). Manufacturer offers a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee on the RoamEO GPS Pet Location System. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with RoamEO, please return the system in its original packaging for a full refund. The product must be returned in new condition, with all components, or you may be accessed a 25% restocking fee. Guarantee and Warrant for the Special "Made in the USA" Cat Trees
Limited Warranty
All products labeled "Made in the USA" and identified as "Unique and Special" with a link to this warranty section have a five-year limited warranty on construction and stability. The warranty covers normal indoor use by household cats and is voided if the product is used outdoors, if it is misused, damaged while transporting (other than initial delivery), used by other animal species, and by acts of nature. This warrant does not apply to carpet wear and tear. Please note: the modular construction of our cat furniture permits easy replacement of platforms, leaves, and petals that show excessive wear and tear without the need to replace the entire cat tree. The manufacturer does not pay shipping and/or handling on warranty returns, but will pay shipping to get the item back to you. Any item returned under this policy will be repaired to useable condition or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer, and returned to the customer. Refunds are not allowed, with the exception of what is stated in our "Return Policy" below.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the Cat Tree you purchased from us, you can return the product within 10 days for a full refund, minus the shipping costs, providing:
- You must call our Customer Service Department for a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN). Any item returned to us without an RAN will be refused.
- All returns to this manufacturer must be in the original shipping containers and wrapped in the protective material as when received. The return shipment must include all manuals and accessories. The Cat Tree must be free of any damage, free of all cat hair, and not have any stains or markings.
- It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on the Cat Tree prior to shipping it back to us. It’s normally a minimal amount to protect your investment because you are responsible for any damage to the unit in returning it.
- Items that are not returnable include: Any “one of a kind” units or any custom built units.
Damaged Merchandise
All shipments are fully insured when they leave our factory. If upon receipt you notice exterior damage to a box, (more than normal “rub” marks) please ask the delivery person to open the box for inspection. If the Cat Tree is damaged in any way refuse delivery, and notify us immediately either by email of phone and we will expedite another unit to you. If the damage is not discovered until after the delivery person has left and you have unboxed the unit, please notify us immediately by email or phone, and we will make arrangements to replace the unit. Remember to keep all containers and packing material in the event the unit is returned.
Cancelled Orders
Our normal turn time from receipt of order to shipment is eight business days. If you cancel your order and the unit has not yet been built there will be a $25.00 processing fee plus 4.5% of your total purchase amount (these are, sadly our credit card fees).
If the unit has been built but not packaged for shipment at time of cancellation there will be a 12% cancellation fee (minimum of $25.00) plus 4.5% of your total purchase amount.
If the order has been built and packaged for shipment at time of cancellation the fee is 15% (minimum of $30.00) plus 4.5% of your total purchase amount.
If your order has been shipped and is enroute at time of cancellation, the fee is 20% (minimum of $50.00) plus the actual round-trip shipping costs plus 4.5% of your total purchase amount.
